All schools receive funding according to a standard formula set by the Department for Education. The amount set by Buckinghamshire County Council is based primarily on the number of pupils; with additional funding based on the estimated numbers of children from deprived backgrounds, looked-after children, children with low attainment before starting school and children with English as an additional language.
The Governors School Development Fund (now 'The School Fund') helps to bridge the funding gap from Government financing from our school. The graphic below attached shows the sources of funding for our school and the vital part of the School Fund plays in our provision for our children. Also below are the details of how to contribute. As a guide we ask for £1 a day (£30 per month), if possible by direct debit, however one-off donations are welcome.
Please consider joining the parents who are ensuring predictable income and investment for our school.
THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO NOW CONTRIBUTE TO THE FUND
